Tier Details
Bronze: Default level for new users. New accounts receive $1 trial credit — please note that some models are not available with trial credit.
Silver: One-time top-up of $100 upgrades your account to Silver.
Gold: One-time top-up of $1,000 upgrades your account to Gold.
Ultra: One-time top-up of $10,000 upgrades your account to Ultra.
Understanding Rate Limits
What do these numbers mean?
- Images/min & Videos/min: The maximum number of generations you can start per minute. Higher tiers can submit more requests in the same time period.
- Concurrency: How many tasks can run at the same time. For example, Bronze users can only have 2 tasks processing simultaneously — if you submit a 3rd, it will wait until one finishes.
How do I upgrade my tier?
Tiers upgrade automatically when you reach the top-up threshold. For example, once your total top-ups reach $100, you’re automatically upgraded to Silver. No action needed — just add credits.

AWS Login and Monthly Credit Lines
AWS login and monthly credit lines are separate steps. Users apply for AWS login first. If an AWS login user needs a monthly credit line, WaveSpeedAI reviews the credit request separately.
Standard website accounts can continue to use Google or GitHub login and prepaid top-ups. Monthly credit lines are reviewed case by case and are not approved automatically. WaveSpeedAI may review the applicant type, business or product information, verification materials, AWS account history, AWS billing records, payment history, monthly transaction volume, and business contact information before granting or increasing a credit line.
| Applicant type | Credit line review requirements | Initial credit line |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise AWS login applicant | Company information such as legal company name, registration country or region, business-owned website, product, business use case, existing AWS account history and billing records when applicable, and a confirmation reply from a company domain email. | Up to $200/month after approval |
| Individual AWS login applicant with a product | Product information, business-owned website, app download link, existing AWS account history and billing records when applicable, or other verifiable project materials. | Up to $200/month after approval |
| Individual user without a product or project | Monthly credit lines are not available. Use the standard website registration flow with Google/GitHub and top up credits before use. | Not available |
Credit Line Increases
AWS-reviewed credit accounts with healthy usage and repayment records may be eligible for a higher monthly credit line in a later billing cycle. For example, an approved account may move from $200/month to $500/month after review.
Higher credit limits should match the applicant’s repayment capacity. WaveSpeedAI may use recent monthly transaction volume as one factor when reviewing whether the requested credit line is reasonable.
Credit lines are reviewed by billing cycle. To receive or continue a credit line for the next month, the account must complete payment for the previous month’s bill. WaveSpeedAI may pause, reduce, or decline the next month’s credit line if the previous bill is unpaid or payment cannot be confirmed.
AWS login applicants should use an existing AWS account with normal usage history. WaveSpeedAI may review AWS account age, usage history, and account standing to help confirm eligibility before approving a monthly credit line.
Business or product websites should represent the applicant’s own domain. Temporary landing pages, generic deployment-platform subdomains, or third-party tool-profile pages may not be sufficient by themselves for credit line verification.
If a credit line request is declined or deferred, the applicant can still use WaveSpeedAI with prepaid top-ups. After a stable usage and payment history is established, WaveSpeedAI may review the account again for monthly credit access.
High-Limit Requests
For AWS login applicants requesting special limits such as $5,000/month or more, WaveSpeedAI may require the applicant to first deposit or top up the corresponding amount as a guarantee before granting that level of credit.
Handling Rate Limit Errors
If you receive a 429 Too Many Requests error:
- Wait — Limits reset every minute.
- Upgrade — Add credits to reach the next tier threshold.
- Optimize — Reduce concurrent requests or add delays between calls.
